Chatter: The Voice in Our Head, Why It Matters, and How to Harness It by Dr. Ethan Kross
In Chatter: The Voice in Our Head, Why It Matters, and How to Harness It, we will explore the silent conversations we all have with ourselves and how the way we speak to ourselves matters. This is so important for all of us as we navigate our mental health. Please join us during Mental Health Awareness Month to discuss self-talk and how negative and disorienting self-talk can take a toll on different areas of our life.
