Exhibit honors the 160th anniversary of the organization of the 33rd, Indiana Infantry regiment. Two Bartholomew County companies served in the 33rd Indiana.
View period items and display boards with images telling the story of the regiment. Mounted by Dr. Chris Walker assistant professor of history at Indiana Wesleyan University whose family comes from the Hartsville/Hope and Walesboro areas. Exhibit runs through October 9.

The Main Library is located in the Cleo Rogers Memorial Library in downtown Columbus at 536 Fifth Street. Completed in 1969 and designed by architect I.M. Pei, it features library collections for children, teens, and adults. It also houses the Columbus Indiana Architectural Archives, Family and Local History collection, and BCPL Create studio.
