Make an art piece inspired by the work of Jean-Michel Basquiat in honor of Black History Month! Use non-conventional materials along with paint and collage materials to create a piece of your own. We will have images of Basquiat’s art that you can use as inspiration or use to familiarize yourself with some of his great works! We will supply all the materials needed, so you only need to bring yourself.

The Main Library is located in the Cleo Rogers Memorial Library in downtown Columbus at 536 Fifth Street. Completed in 1969 and designed by architect I.M. Pei, it features library collections for children, teens, and adults. It also houses the Columbus Indiana Architectural Archives, Family and Local History collection, and BCPL Create studio.
