Join Amanda Cox, Leadership Development and Wellness Coach, for a discussion on how to enhance your boundaries to work smarter, not harder, while still developing the business that works for YOU.
As small business owners and managers, our most important and most underrated role is managing our energy and sustaining our motivation.
We often neglect to take care of ourselves but you can't show up for your clients, your team, your family or yourself if you're constantly feeling exhausted.
Setting boundaries around your time and availability means you can spend your energy wisely, on the things that are most important to you and growing your business.
