Sgt. Stephen Wheeles, Public Information Office with the Indiana State Police, District 42, provides an overview of the work of the Indiana State Police. This includes how ISP interacts with local law enforcement, what kind of authority do state troopers have, and more. Sgt. Wheeles will also touch upon some of the more noteworthy cases he has been involved with. The Sergeant will also take questions. The Main Library is located in the Cleo Rogers Memorial Library in downtown Columbus at 536 Fifth Street. Completed in 1969 and designed by architect I.M. Pei, it features library collections for children, teens, and adults. It also houses the Columbus Indiana Architectural Archives, Family and Local History collection, and BCPL Create studio.
