Learn about electricity with hair-raising demonstrations!
What does lightning have to do with your socks? Static electricity! Learn how electricity is generated and how it impacts our lives from making your sock stick to your sweater to creating a bolt of lightning. Together we’ll perform electrifying experiments with our Van de Graaff generator. Demonstrations include mini bolts of lightning, floating packing peanuts, and will even give someone’s hair an “Extreme Van de Graaff Makeover”! This demo is sure to spark interest in science!
