Our Mental Health Matters Ambassadors provide a safe space for peer-to-peer support, and are facilitators of positive change, utilizing their personal journeys as a powerful tool to ignite conversations, inspire others to seek resources, dispel myths of mental health, reduce stigma, and foster a more compassionate and informed community.
More Information about Health Survey: Information gathered in this survey helps CRH identify and address our region’s most critical community health issues. This survey is conducted by an independent, national organization – PRC – and is completely anonymous. There are two ways that people can complete the survey:
