Four-week course taught by Purdue Extension Educator Harriet Armstrong .

Four-week course taught by Purdue Extension Educator Harriet Armstrong includes planning meals and snacks with healthy recipes, reading food labels, using seasoning to replace salt and more. Must register and pay fee, $20 individual, $30 couple, by January 23. Partial scholarships available. To register call the Extension Office at 812-379-1665.
