BCPL Express

BCPL Express is a free book program of Bartholomew County Public Library. The mission of BCPL Express is to provide equitable access to literacy and foster a love of reading through the distribution of new and gently used free books. We strive to provide the right book, to the right person, at the right time to achieve these goals.
